This time we've got new releases for our mobile apps - and the introduction of e-signatures!

 Fixes

In Point of Care v. 1.1.51 (now available for download), we addressed a minor bug to the toileting timer which was restricting note time updates. You can now update toileting note times as needed. 

In the world of attendance, a fix was added to restrict the addition of manual sessions when a class is closed. This restriction will help prevent errors when managing attendances. Additionally, further validations were added to prevent checking children in and out if their session was marked as absent.

A few minor bugs were addressed in this release of Kiosk (v.1.3.17) including fixes for clock out limitations, accessibility and usability, as well as Android compatibility. With these updates, employees can again successfully clock out using the kiosk, better understand the purpose of each QR code, and use them with ease.

In Lead to Booking, enrollments can now be accepted and processed correctly even if the enrolling guardian is not marked with a relationship type of "Parent". The email sent to new families after they accept their offer now has a link to the enrollment form, encouraging them to complete it if they haven't already.

From the Lead Management screen, when a center user adds an inquiry, the system now checks and will alert you if the newly entered contact already exists. Additionally, sorting the screen by Center, Child or Guardian now works properly.

 Improvements

Viewing children's attendances in KT Connect (v. 2.6.8) just got easier! With our new navigation, parents can easily manage their children's current and future schedules with just a few clicks. Then conveniently find their way back with our new 'today' button.

For Education users - access to our currently available state Learning Standards (GA, NY, & MD) just got easier! Now, Learning Standards are automatically assigned to your business, based on the locations of your centers. But don't worry, if you want to manage these independently you can still do so under your Education Settings.

 New Features

E-Signatures in Enrollment 🎉

You can now opt to capture a parent/guardian's signature in your enrollment form. When editing a form, choose or create a new custom field of type 'Signature' and add it into the desired position on the form. The guardian will be able to draw their signature into the form using their finger on a phone or tablet, or with a mouse on a computer.
