Updates to lead management and re-enrollment, and a new resource center.
We fixed a lot of stuff since our last update - but most of it was behind the scenes.
The re-enrollment form web link available against an inquiry is now protected by a security code, so that when it is sent to a parent or guardian, they need to authenticate to get access to the form.
We've also added extra checks to ensure that parents/guardians can no longer accept and pay application fees for recently expired offers.
On the Lead Management In Progress tab, the Status and Offer Expiry date have been added to give better visibility of where an inquiry is up to. It now only shows inquiries up until 14 days after they expired. The Status indicator differentiates between inquiries where the guardian may not have accepted their place (Awaiting Acceptance) and those who have accepted but not yet completed the full enrollment form (Accepted).
We have completely revamped our in-app Resource Center to better help you when you're using Kangarootime. We have new sections for release notes (like this one) and announcements (think webinars and events) and a brand new Help Center section that allows you to search and browse articles without ever leaving your Kangarootime site!
Lead to Booking
We're now making all our latest re-enrollment enhancements available for everyone who is using Kangarootime's Lead to Booking features. You can now send email requests to existing families asking them to re-enroll via their own secure link that pre-fills their existing information, making it smoother and faster for them. If you have multiple locations and they're enrolling into a new location or with a new child, it will automatically ask them to update their enrollment form details, however you also have the option to request updated enrollment details at any time. Check out these articles for more information.
Note: Sometimes the features in our release notes are not visible to everyone. If you want to learn more or if you don’t see some of the above features but believe you should, please reach out to your KT contact personally or to the KT team.
