The KT Connect app is the location for all parent resources in Kangarootime. It is important for the correct user profile to be displayed. For example, parents may have used the app for their previous child care provider and are now starting care with a new provider that also uses Kangarootime. When logging into KT Connect the previous provider may appear. This article explains how parents can access multiple accounts in the KT Connect app. For further KT Connect articles, please utilize our Parent Resources section.
In order to select the correct user in KT Connect please follow these steps:
- Log into KT Connect
- Select the Hamburger Menu at the top of your screen
- Tap Settings
- Tap on Login User
- Tap on the correct user
- Tap Change Login User*
*The app will now default to this user when you log in, so if you need to access the other user profile, you will need to repeat the process
