Employee management updates, improvements to manual itemized bills, and a brand new report comin' atcha!
We had an issue last week where parents could not initiate re-enrollment from the KT Connect app and were met with a rather confusing error when an attempt was made. This has now been rectified!
We also fixed a bunch of other small usability bugs in the enrollment management space.
Employee management has a whole host of improvements this week!
We have removed the photo requirement when onboarding new employees in KT. Now if someone doesn't have a photo ready, you won't get stuck or have to upload a stock photo of a soccer ball as a placeholder - you can just bypass that step and come back when you're ready.
Additionally, we have reconfigured the "Medical" tab for employees (which now closely resembles the "Health and Wellness" tab for a child). The updates provide a much more concise and straightforward experience.
Originally when you had to copy a shift it was a two-step process if you wanted to change the location/class. You would have to make a copy of the shift, navigate to the shift, and then you could edit the location. Now you can do both of these together! When you go to copy a shift there is now a dropdown menu for picking where the shift will be located.
In the billing space, we've made some awesome improvements to manual itemized bills! All manual bills will now carry a forward balance and have the option for a late payment fee to be assigned. If you are using a manual itemized bill to correct a system generated bill, you will want to click “Waive Late Payment Fee” on the incorrect bill, and also update or cancel the unsubmitted payment associated to the incorrect bill if the account is using autopay.
This powerful addition to our platform will help you easily manage and organize employee positions within a business, giving you much more control and flexibility. Through this feature, you can add new positions, edit position names, and archive positions. To check it out, navigate to Configuration > Operations > Positions!
New Report: Disbursements (Monthly)
There is a new report out for which shows all of your Payrix disbursements for multiple centers for a month. It includes entry amount subtotals for each disbursement. This means you will no longer have to run the individual disbursement report for each disbursement to get more information. Check it out under Analytics > Reports!
