A bunch of bug fixes and THREE BIG NEW FEATURES, hot off the presses!
Fixes
Point of Care v. 1.1.32 is now available. It contains a host of fixes surrounding children who are on multiple contracts. Previously, this would result in inconsistent behavior with features like check-in/out, movement between classes, splitting and merging classes, and creating notes. We've changed how we handle this situation so users should see a much smoother experience going forward. We have also made updates so that the ratios in the top left of the screen and child counts should now always be correct.
In our Lead to Booking feature, the "Pending Approval" email was not always making it through to parents. That has been remedied! Also in the land of enrollment forms, we had some wonky behavior with conditional logic questions displaying out of order - also fixed!
In Kiosk v. 1.3.9, we have fixed an issue where parents were seeing duplicates of children and children with expired contracts when they went to check in. Only children with active contracts will display now (and only once). Additionally, children who were marked absent from an afternoon session the day before were unable to be checked in the next morning. We ironed that one out as well.
In KT Workforce Connect v. 1.1.5, we've taken out the dialogue from the Clock In/Out screen that gave you the option to report an absence or go to bookings. Whoopsie daisies!
Improvements
KT Connect v. 2.5.9 contains a major improvement - check-in and -out times will now display in the Activity Feed for parents, giving them a little more insight into their child's day!
KT Workforce Connect v. 1.1.5 also contains an exciting improvement - staff can now view their attendance records (timesheet) right in the app! This can be found in the "Schedule" tab.
New Features
We have two BRAND NEW interactive reports available for your viewing pleasure - the Revenue report and the Accounts Receivable report! These reports can be found by navigating to Analytics > Reporting and selecting the tab for the report you want. Both reports come with a handy dandy in-app walkthrough to help you get acclimated.
In KT Connect v. 2.5.9, the option to add contacts is now available! This allows your parents to more easily manage the additional contacts on their account - for example, they can now give Grandma the option to view photos and activities, and their neighbor the ability to pick their kids up, all without having to call your center/school! This setting is disabled by default - so if you'd like to get started, reach out to your KT contact and they can help you get set up.
The ability to add bulk transactions is here and ready as well! Head to Billing > Transactions, and when you select the "Add Transaction" button, you'll now see the ability to select "Bulk Transaction" in the dropdown! You'll be brought to a lovely screen where you can select as many accounts OR children as you would like, and apply the transaction to all of them.
Note: Sometimes the features in our release notes are not visible to everyone. If you want to learn more or if you don’t see some of the above features but believe you should, please reach out to your KT contact personally or to the KT team.
