This week we've got releases for Point of Care and Workforce Connect as well as a new Integrations page (and more).
Fixes
KT Workforce Connect v. 1.1.10 is live in the app stores! This version includes some bug fixes for text size handling and some QR code scanning issues for account owners.
Point of Care v. 1.1.17 is also available and contains a number of bug fixes, including solutions for duplicate and inactive classes showing, fixes to incorrect timers for nutrition and and diapering, and a few other under-the-covers pieces.
Improvements
You will now see three tiles on the Account > Billing > Overview and the Account > Billing > Transactions pages. They are Amount Due (what the account owes at that moment), Unbilled Balance (any transactions that have NOT been included on a bill), and Account Balance (what you see already, sum of everything on the transactions table.) This way if a parent asks you "What do I owe right now?" you can confidently answer!
Point of Care v. 1.1.17 also contains a host of improvements. Most notably, the addition of messaging to indicate when your network connection is lost. The Center Overview loading time has also been sped up, thanks to some new logging and caching improvements. Plus we've localized some new language for our friends in Australia (g'day!).
New Features
Have you checked out our Integrations page yet? You can find it at Settings > Integrations. You can manage any integrations you have turned on through Kangarootime (like ADP, CCRM, and Kisi) all from one handy spot. On top of that, for your ADP integration you can now specify on this page what role will be assigned to all staff when they are imported! If you're interested in learning more about our offered integrations, just let us know.
Note: Sometimes the features in our release notes are not visible to everyone. If you want to learn more or if you don’t see some of the above features but believe you should, please reach out to your KT contact personally or to the KT team.
