This week we've got some app fixes, billing improvements, opportunities to give feedback and more!
Kiosk (version 1.3.7) got a little bit of a sprucing up. Folks with login issues (or issues with getting logged out) should be good to go. Plus, the issue with employees not being able to clock out via kiosk has been fixed – so you’re going to have to actually let them leave now.
ICYMI, we had a little teeny tiny error when parents were checking their children in on KT Connect where, you know, the whole screen turned into a giant X. That is fixed in our latest app release (iOS 2.1.2, Android 2.1.3).
You can now add a contact via a child (Families > Children > Select Child > Contacts) without receiving a rather cryptic error message! Hooray!
For those parents who left your center and are concerned about the security of their payment info, you now have the ability to remove their final payment method.
As per usual, we’ve done a bunch of fixes to keep billing running more smoothly and increase its stability.
New Kisi functionality is here! You shouldn’t see any interruptions in your service, but you should see the ability for your parents and staff to unlock your doors via proximity – meaning, as long as they have location and Bluetooth enabled for the app, the door should just magically unlock when they walk up to it. If you’re seeing issues with this, please report them to us so we can get our wizards on it right away.
While this isn’t a “New Feature” per se - our product and design teams need your help! You may notice some fun new pop ups in your KT site that ask you some quick questions about your experience or ask you to sign up to give feedback.
