Updates galore, including: new reports, the addition of pay codes and
group paid time, and the ability to tag accounts.
Group Paid Time
You now have the ability to give group paid time to your employees based on your center needs in four categories – training, holiday, closure, and out of business hours.
You can use this feature by navigating to Employees > Time Log > Group Paid Time.
A brand new concept has been added to employee time off – pay codes! This allows you to code your employee time off requests and group paid time to match the codes you use in your payroll system.
You can check these out by navigating to Settings > Operations > Pay Codes.
We have added two new reports: Edits to Contracts where you can easily view any changes that have been made to all of your contracts, and Ended Contracts which will give you a list of all contracts that ended (or will end) within the specified date range.
Some updates have been made to the Child Tracking Report including the ability to filter by space and child.
You can also check out the updated Account Balances report for a new and improved experience!
Just like the other areas where you can add tags – center, employee, child, and contact – you can now add tags for accounts!
Head to Business > Tags to set them up, and Families > Accounts to select an account and add the tags.
