First note of the new year! We've got some employee management upgrades and a couple of other misc improvements.
KT Connect v. 2.5.4 is live in the app stores! We made some fixes to filters on the attendance screen. For some reason, those filters liked to disappear after taking certain actions. Not anymore! Apart from bug fixes, the bulk of the updates in this release were just to improve our own ability to troubleshoot issues.
In our Lead to Booking area, we now have the ability to ask for gender of the child being enrolled.
Remember that new scheduling visibility screen that we talked about a couple of months ago (Configuration > Operations > Scheduling Visibility)? We gathered some feedback (thank you to everyone who participated!) and we have made some improvements. The page now has text that helps clarify exactly what you are updating.
Speaking of employees, on the Employees > Profiles page, we have made an adjustment so that any user with Staff General Info - Read Only permissions can also see the counts for Created, Invited, and Requested employees. Folks with this permission are able to click on the counts and view the people in each list, but will be unable to take any action.
Last but not least, we've also added 3 new position options to our system default list for employees: Educator, Early Childhood Teacher, and Outdoor Educator.
