The Single Flat Rate fee structure allows families with a single monthly rate, bi-weekly rate, or weekly rate to be billed the same amount for each period of time. Below you will find the required steps to get this set up for your center.
To set up a single flat rate fee:
1. Click on Centers
2. Select Fees
3. Select your Center
4. Click +Add Fee in the top right corner
5. Name your fee
6. Select the classes the fee applies to
7. For Fee Type, select Flat Rate
8. For Fee Structure, select Single Flat Rate
9. Enter your hours of operation for Start Time and End Time
10. Enter the cost for the fee. For example, if the fee is a monthly flat rate, enter that full amount
11. Click Save
