If a child needs to attend two centers, Kangarootime provides an easy way to copy over Account information from one center to another to reflect proper enrollment and billing data.
How to copy an account to a new center
- Click Families
- Click Accounts and select the Account that needs copying
- Click + Add Center
- Complete the mandatory field (indicated with an *)
- Click Add Center
Please note: This process only copies basic information. The information that is NOT copied to the new center includes: contracts, billing information, and balances. Once complete the family is treated as having two separate accounts. If you have permission for both centers, you will see these accounts as separate entries on the Families > Accounts screen.
