As children and families spend time in your center or across your business there may be needs to update existing enrollments. For example, a child may need to have their schedule changed or they have aged up into a new class. This article will show you how to update an existing Enrollment.

How to Update an Existing Enrollment:
This option is geared toward one needing to make changes to an active enrollment:
- Changing scheduled days
- Changing the assigned tuition fee
- Changing the class
1. Select Families from the navigation menu
2. Select Accounts
3. Click an Account Name
5. Click the Enrollment tab
6. Select the child to View for
7. Click Update Enrollment
8. Click the I am creating a new contract and ending an existing one option
9. Update the Enrollment
10. Click Save
11. Click Confirm
How to Edit an Existing Enrollment:
This option is geared toward one needing to make changes on a future enrollment:
- An enrollment is considered future when the start date has not yet arrived
1. Select Families from the navigation menu
2. Select Accounts
3. Click an Account Name
5. Click the Enrollment tab
6. Select the child to View for
7. Click Update Enrollment
8. Select I am editing the existing enrollment
9. Update the Enrollment
10. Click Save
11. Click Confirm
Note: Editing an Active enrollment may negatively impact your historical records. We recommend updating an existing enrollment when making any changes on an Active enrollment.
How to End an Existing Enrollment
This option is geared toward one needing to end an enrollment:
- The family no longer needs care
- The family decided not to attend
1. Select Families from the navigation menu
2. Select Accounts
3. Click an Account Name
5. Click the Enrollment tab
6. Select the child to View for
7. Click Update Enrollment
8. Select either the I am ending the existing contract with no replacements option or the I am deleting the existing contract option*
*Deleting a contract will be permanently remove the record.
