As children in your center or across your business grow older or age up it is likely that changes to their enrollment contracts will need to be made. This article will show you how to create a new contract while ending an existing one to ensure classroom and fee changes are reflected.
How to create a new contract while ending an existing one for a child that is aging up to a new room:
1. Select Families from the navigation menu
2. Select Accounts
3. Select the Account
4. The account Profile opens
5. Click Enrollment
6. Select the child to View for
7. Click Update Contract
8. Select I am creating a new contract and ending an existing one
9. Enter the End Date and Reason
10. Create the New Contract
