When an account needs to be copied from one center to another within a business, Kangarootime provides a simple method to make sure children and contacts can be transferred successfully. This method leaves the historical record of enrollments, payments, etc. with the previous center while creating a clean profile to start with at the new center. Keep in mind, to perform this action you need to have access to the center the child(ren) currently attend(s) and the center they'll attend in the future. If you do not have access to one or the other, please reach out to the Kangarootime Administrator of your business or the Kangarootime support team to have this task done for you.
How to "Transfer" an Account to a Sister/Affiliate Center
Before moving the child to the new center, the current enrollment contract should be end-dated.
- From the home page, click Families
- Click Accounts
- Find and select the account you wish to transfer
- Click the +Add Center button located under your name and profile photo
- Select the Center the account should be transferred to
- Click Add Center
